Delta Automation Systems Designed Programmable Insulation paper cut to length machine for different lengths of cutting (progressive increment/fixed length) 
The end product used for interlayer papers in Manual H.V Coil Winding Machine to eliminate Manual Paper Cutting. 
Purpose Of equipment: 
This Electro mechanical Servo operated special equipment used to cut different length of insulation paper as per the data entered in HMI. This reduces man power requirement and increase productivity. Different lengths of cut papers can be generated without setting time. 
Equipment Configuration: - 
Equipment consists of pinch roller connected with servo motor to feed different lengths of paper as per the program. 
Pneumatic operated Shear: 
Pneumatic operated shear is designed to operate high speed cuts to reduce machine idle time. 3nos of paper roll mounting stand mounted beside the pinch roll to mount paper rollers horizontally and to allow the required amount of paper through the pinch roller.
